Applications should be filled out completely and neatly. Please indicate specific employment and landlord information. We must have zip codes and street numbers in order to qualify a rental application. Any missing information can be grounds for denying this application.
Each person who will reside in the property who is 18 years or older must complete an application.
Applicant(s) should be employed 6 months at their present job. Name, address, and phone number of the immediate supervisor are required for verification of employment and monthly income.
Monthly income should be 3 times greater than monthly rent for the property your are applying for (combined income if more than one applicant).
Previous landlord(s) must be contacted. Please supply us with their names and phone number(s).
All applicants are processed through ACRANET for credit rating. Any judgements, collections, evictions, slow pay, or credit problems can be grounds for denying this application. Any application refused because of credit rating problems can be verified by applicants by calling (509) 324-1249 or by mail at ACRANET, 521 Maxwell, Spokane, WA 99201.

Each adult (18 or older) must fill out a separate application.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $30 per adult; CASH ONLY (please have exact amount)
A photocopy of a valid driver's license for all applicants 18 years and older.
A photocopy of a valid social security card for all applicants.
Income verification (i.e. recent paystubs, AFDC, SSI, Bank Statements if direct deposited, or tax returns for a full month).
If you wish to have child support payments included in qualifying income, it must be court ordered, and a copy of the court order must be submitted with the application.
In order for student grants/loans to be included in qualifying income, you must provide copies of the awarded grant/loan paperwork.
Upon approval, the deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours with certified funds. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
